UDITA started her dance journey at the age of 3 years, her 1st guru is her mother Smt. Bithika Roy started her Odissi training with guru Smt. Rajrupa deb at her tutelage. After that, she got the opportunity to learn from Guru Murali Dhar Majhi and Guru Giridhari Nayek, and Guru Ratikant Mohapatra. Now she is a senior student of Guru Smt.Aloka Kanungo. Odissi and Bharatanatyam exponent and choreographer gold medalist in Odissi Sangeet Bhaskar awardee.
